My Coaching Philosophy
I realized that the best way to rehab an injury was to prevent the injury from developing in the first place. This realization formulated the foundation on which my career is now based around; a pro-active lifestyle approach to health and physical performance. I believe preventative healthcare should be practiced by everyone; this starts with awareness. This includes detailed lifestyle management through diet, exercise, stress management and support systems & tools for optimal health, disease prevention and therapy. Our programs are designed to guide you to new awareness which leads to long lasting, positive and powerful changes in your life.
